Data transmitted using the SSL 256 bit encryption level, one of the safest encryption standards. HYPEBEAST had also obtained verification from RapidSSL by DigiCert. HYPEBEAST already compliance with ISO 27001 regarding Information Security Management and ISO 9001 regarding Quality Management System. However, just like any other system, safety is the responsibility of the user and provider, please use strong passwords and do not disclose it with anybody.

HYPEBEAST Data Center provide the best safety procedure as well as being well adjusted to the meticulous standards and regulations.
Backup and Review
HYPEBEAST database is backed-up dan reviewed daily, so you don’t have to worry about losing data.
Account Information
All of your data is secured and encrypted with the best safety standard. HYPEBEAST and every team member will not access the information that you’ve entered, unless we already got your permission to access.
📌 Data Retention
HYPEBEAST retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you have not interacted with the service for a continuous period of 24 months, we may archive or delete your data in accordance with our internal policies. We do not retain data beyond what is required for the purposes outlined in this policy.
🗑️ Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a data deletion request, please contact us at info@mediainovasi.id with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our active systems and backups, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or compliance reasons.

The using terms, or in this case is called “Terms” manage your using and access of mediainovasi.id the website and service from PT.Media Inovasi Indonesia (which is going to be referred to as “HYPEBEAST” or “us”.) What is offered through our website is called “service”.
If you are using service in the name of an entity, company and/or organization, you are agreeing to these terms in the name of entity, company and/or organization and vow that you have the authority to tie the said entity, company and/or organization to these terms. In these terms, “you” refers to as the entity, company and/or organization which you are representing.
You agreed to use the service according to these terms. You can use the service if you have the authority to sign a contract with HYPEBEAST and is not forbidden by any law to do so. Service can change at any given time. The change, suspension and any type of modification regarding the service can be done anytime without any notification ahead to you. We can also delete any content from our service according to our policy.
Additional note — Your Data & Privacy (HYPEBEAST): By using our service, you are giving information to us and the Data that you hand over collectively through the service will be called “your Data”. You have full ownership of your Data. This term doesn’t grant us any right to your Data or your intellectual property, except for the required limited rights to operate the service.
